We will perform services with reasonable professional care, communicate material progress and blockers, and handle client information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee specific sales volumes, advertising return on ad spend, ranking positions, or marketplace approval outcomes, because those results depend on market conditions, competition, product quality, pricing, inventory, and platform policies outside our sole control.

Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed license or ownership rights to deliverables specified in the service agreement.
Both parties agree to protect non-public business information shared during an engagement and to use it only for performing or receiving services, except where disclosure is required by law or already public through no fault of the receiving party.
Invoices are payable according to the schedule stated in the quotation or agreement. Late payments may pause active work. Fees already earned for completed work remain payable. Marketplace advertising media spend is typically paid by the client directly to the advertising platform unless otherwise agreed.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Know Now Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or marketplace account suspensions arising from factors beyond our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability for a claim related to services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate an engagement as specified in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for fees for work performed. Access credentials should be rotated promptly after offboarding.
